ARTWORK
You can save yourself much of the costs involved
if you typeset and edit your book yourself. Use the spellchecker
facility in Word and ask one or two people to proof read
it first. - They often pick up things you miss. If you'd
like an estimate you need check the following first.

What is the Size of book (in mm) (Most
common is A5)

Number of pages (remember to allow for
preface, dedication, and any other pages which
are additional to the main story pages). Note "pages"
mean "sides"

Cover - "Spot" colours - how
many? or Full Colour Process?

Are you supplying full artwork for the
cover, or photographs to be scanned?
